FAQ

Can I bring my baby?

Absolutely. We welcome all mothers to bring their 0-6 month old child.

How large is the group?

We limit each group to 5-8 new mothers. This size provides an intimate, safe setting for sharing, connecting, and learning together.

What if i skip a week?

It’s not the end of the world, but we strongly recommend that all mothers make every effort to attend all 5 sessions to get the full benefit. Absence affects group dynamics, especially as we add onto our knowledge base from the previous weeks’ topics.

Is the series similar to a therapy group?

The purpose of this series is to connect, learn, share, apply, and grow. Moms who are hoping to address specific, personal issues are welcome to share with the group, but one-on-one counselling may be more effective for some situations. Sarah is an RPC and is also available for private therapy sessions.

What if I’m already a mom, but have a new baby?

Welcome! Ever After will benefit all moms of new babies (0-6 months).
