*HOW TO USE:

(Mix ingredients by shaking container. Steep in Tea Pot or French Press. Use liquid in the following 3 ways:)

1. Relaxing Bath: add to bathwater and enjoy its soothing/healing qualities.

2. Perineal Healing: add to peri bottle and’or pour onto maxipads to make padsicles.

3. Baby: use a diluted mix on babies cord for healing
